The location is fantastic, only a short walk from a bustling market, the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and affordably priced, with some located on higher levels.

I asked the receptionist to make a morning call because I had the flight early in the morning. She said "yes", nobody called the next morning.

It was just a very nice place to stay and a great location for finding places to eat and places to book tours. We would recommend Spring House to anyone travelling to hcmc.

The room 101 was very noisy, as it is just above the street, and the bed is hard like wood.

For a good night's sleep and to spend a day in HCMC, a good choice. Got my laundry done and left a large piece of luggage so that I could travel light for a week down south, There are plenty of breakfast options around and about. Rooms perfectly adequate for a night or two in order to get things done.

Nothing comes to mind though I will ask how my laundry bill came to $5, when I get back from the south.

Location. Even though it is on Pham Ngu Lao street, the street is fairly quiet at night. All the "fun" is happening on a parallel street behind the hotel (you cannot hear it).

We checked in early, but wasn't informed that we would be charged for 1/2 day. Fair enough, but pls inform.

Front office personal were great, I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 5 years.

Room cleaning staff were a big let down,every day there was either no soap, toilet paper,towels,left in room , bins were often not empetied

It had central location close to View. Had fully-equipped and well decorated room with all the comforts, which I loved. The staffs were amiable & excellent.

The room was exceptionally clean with a Superior double bedroom. the shower had everything we wanted. - the location was particularly good and perfect, at a medium distance from a large marketplace.

Everything was good, had a really great stay in both nights of my stay. The location was excellent and perfect, walking distance to a bus station. A market and convenience stores were right next door.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Spring House. The cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations, and the receptionists, Anne and Joe, were incredibly helpful in assisting us with scheduling our tours. The housekeeping staff also did a great job keeping the room tidy. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city.

Although the room was clean, the bathroom had some issues with ants and geckos. Additionally, the staff was not very helpful or communicative during our stay.
